Hi,
I just received this email from Padraig O'Brien regarding his wooden kayaks.
As Secretary for ECSKC, I thought that there might be some interest in this.
Robin

hi all,

I have been an avid kayak nut for many years and I love the feeling of being immersed in nature that i get on the water, it struck me one day that the plastic canoe i was wrapped in was a bit of a barrier between me and the very thing i was trying to get in touch with,so i tryed out a plywood kayak that a friend had brought back from an over seas trip, I was amazed with what a joy it was. Im now bringing a new range of plywood kayaks and canoes to the Irish market and i would be very grateful for your thoughts on plywood kayaks and canoes in general and more specifically on the attached pics of my range soon to be available here. I will be offering finished canoes and kayaks and also same in kit form for the DIY experts out there, boats and kits are cut by the most up to date CNC machines and all are finished to an extremely high standard. i will keep in touch and send more info as it becomes available,in the mean time i look forward to hearing from you and reading your thoughts and any pointers you may have .

many many thanks

Padraig O Brien
