We have received the following notification from our friends at Saoirse Na Mara:
Paul Cahill is prepared to run a course on the 28-30th January, in Lough lannagh holiday village in Castlebar.

This is a very intensive course,(9am - 9pm Sat and Sun). It is aimed at those who have current REC 3 qualification. If anyone's CPR qualification has gone out of date, Paul will be running a CPR session on the Friday evening (28th) - this means that we don't need to spend time brushing up CPR on the Sat/Sun leaving more scope for scenarios etc.

11-13th March ; Level 2 Kayak Instructor Training.
26-27th March ; Level 3 Sea Kayak Skills Training.
30th April ; Coastal Navigation Award Training.
1st & 2nd May ; Level 4 Sea Kayak Skills Training
14th May ; Level 4 Sea Kayak Skills Assessment.
