If you can remember the email address that you currently have registered with the club, then it's a straightforward matter to get a reminder of your username and / or password. If you've not changed it online since, your registered email address will be the one that you entered when you registered online, or else that you wrote on your membership form. All you need do is click "Forgot login?" (also under the login button on the left) and fill in the details requested. The reminder will get sent by email immediately (automatically).

Once you have retrieved your username / password you should change it to something more memorable so that you don't have the problem again!
