Perhaps we should consult the ECSKCs legal department and enquire what the situation is with regard to squatters rights.

If you are still in the market for an Island :dry: but willing to travel a bit (Scotland),

:woohoo: check out ... Deer Island on Loch Moidart , in the Scottish West Highlands.

Forested island with no habitation and bidding closes in 8 days time.

Just a bit of escapism, unless my Lotto investment comes good ;)
