Hi Julian,

When I try to renew my subscription from my profile>subscription screen, I get an option with ECSKC, ISKA and ICU all ticked, but when I try to pay, it only seems to want to allow me to pay for one at a time. Can I pay all 3 in one go?

The green ticks that you refer to indicate that the existing subscriptions are still valid, ie. not expired. Unless you renew, they'll expire on 1st Jan and will be replaced by red X's.

To renew, you need to click the "Renew now for 2013 ...." buttons, one for each of ECSKC, ISKA and ICU. Unfortunately there's no way to pay for all 3 in one go. I know this is tedious, but unfortunately there's no easy solution as it's a limitation of the software that we're using and the manner in which it's configured.

Anyone else having problems renewing subscriptions?
On the subscriptions tab, i have 3 crosses for the 3 subscriptions. Then clicking on reactivate for each i get directed to a page saying internet explorer cannot support this webpage??????
any ideas?

Sorted now. Something to do with firewall....i think
