This is a preliminary notice of the Club AGM to be held on the 15th of January 2016 in the National Yacht Club in Dun Laoghaire. Start time is 7pm. A further notice, giving details of the agenda, motions and other activity for the evening will be circulated early in the New Year.

Anyone wishing to propose a motion to be discussed at the meeting should send it to me by e-mail to reach me by the 27th December 2015. Please use my e-mail address listed on the club website. Proposals must be signed by three club members (proposer plus two others) As per the motion carried at the AGM held in January 2015, the proposer can send the motion by e-mail and the seconders can confirm their endorsemennt of the motion by e-mail also.

This is the final notice of the Club AGM to be held on the 15th of January 2016 in the National Yacht Club in Dun Laoghaire. Start time is 7pm. There have been no requests from members to propose motions for discussion at the meeting. Accordingly, the agenda for the evening is set out below:

Appointment of Club Committee

- Eddie O'Shea is retiring as Training Officer
- Leon Conway is retiring as Meets Officer

The following people are nominated for Committee Positions
- Leon Conway, Training Officer
- Michael Carroll, Meets Officer and ISKA Representative

The following people have reached the end of their two-year appointments and have agreed to allow their names be put forward for re-election
- Niall Casement, Treasurer
- Michael O'Farrell, Leaders Officer
- Tom Maguire, Secretary

Non-Committee Positions
- Librarian, Barbara Horner to be co-opted
- Quartermaster, Roger Waugh to be co-opted
